Our team provides compassionate, evidence-based care for children, teens, and adults through individual, family, and couples therapy, medication management, and comprehensive psychological testing and evaluations.
We welcome patients ages 3 and older and are proud to offer therapy in multiple languages, including Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, Japanese, Twi/Ga, Akan, Romanian, and others, helping more individuals and families access care in the language they feel most comfortable using.
We are in-network with Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare, making quality mental health care more accessible for many families.

What you’ll pay
Our sessions range from $185 to $400 out-of-pocket based on the type of service you are receiving and the type of provider you are seeing. Patient responsibility will vary based on your insurance plan details if you are using insurance for your visits. We do not offer sliding scale options at this time.

Frequently asked
Yes, all of our providers are credentialed with Anthem, BCBS, CIGNA, and United Healthcare. Dr. Stainback is the only provider who does not accept United Healthcare. Please note that we are not in-network with any Medicare or Medicaid plans.
We do not offer consultation calls since we use the intake session for you and your provider to get to know each other. You are never locked into a specific therapist, we can always match you with another provider if you feel it is not a good fit.
Great question. Each insurance plan is different and each patient's cost is different. The best way to know is to call your insurance company and provide them with the CPT codes 90791 and 90837, and should be able to let you know what the cost will be. You can also email our billing department at billing@drgoldberg.org once you have setup an appointment and we can look into your cost further.
