I believe therapy should be collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore your challenges, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop strategies that help you achieve your goals.
Yes. Before entering private practice, I spent nine years working in Child Welfare, where I specialized in child abuse and neglect. That experience gave me a deep understanding of family dynamics, communication, and relationships. Today, I work with couples and families to improve communication, resolve conflict, strengthen relationships, and navigate life's challenges together.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your current concerns, your personal history, and the goals you'd like to accomplish. My priority is creating a trusting, confidential environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly and actively participating in your treatment.
