Frequently asked

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, eating disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, and mood disorders. With experience in community mental health, military healthcare, and psychological assessment, I tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs, helping clients develop practical skills while working toward meaningful and lasting improvement.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in the treatment process. Together, we'll identify your goals, better understand the challenges you're facing, and develop practical strategies to support healing, resilience, and long-term emotional well-being. Every treatment plan is individualized because no two people have the same experiences or needs.
Yes. In addition to providing psychotherapy, I have extensive experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and fitness-for-duty evaluations. Psychological testing can help clarify diagnoses, identify strengths and areas for growth, and provide recommendations that guide treatment, workplace accommodations, educational planning, or other important life decisions. My goal is to provide clear, thorough evaluations that help clients better understand themselves and move forward with confidence.
Yes. During my military career, I served as an Active-Duty Clinical Psychologist at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, worked at the Intrepid Spirit Concussion Recovery Center, and served as an Operational Stress Control and Readiness Psychologist (OSCAR) embedded with multiple United States Marine Corps units. These experiences gave me extensive training in helping service members address trauma, operational stress, concussion-related concerns, adjustment challenges, and other mental health conditions unique to military life.
Yes. I provide all therapy sessions through secure telehealth appointments. Virtual therapy allows clients to receive high-quality psychological care from the comfort and privacy of their own homes while reducing travel time and increasing scheduling flexibility. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship concerns, or another mental health challenge, telehealth offers a convenient and effective way to access evidence-based care.
