About

Whether you’re navigating a difficult transition or ready to make meaningful changes in your life, I offer a safe, client-centered space where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself. My work is informed by my experience as a psychotherapist, community organizer, and yoga teacher, and I bring a thoughtful, culturally responsive, and holistic perspective to therapy.

I have experience supporting people from diverse backgrounds with concerns including trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationships and friendships, workplace belonging and equity, and experiences of institutional harm and abuse. I believe therapy should be both supportive and challenging. Growth can be uncomfortable at times, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches along with mindfulness and breathing practices to help clients feel more grounded and better equipped to manage life’s challenges. I enjoy helping people find the words to express what they’re experiencing, clarify their values, develop greater self-awareness, and discover practical paths forward.

For me, therapy is an opportunity to build trust, explore your experiences, and better understand what you need to feel more aligned and fulfilled. You bring your lived experience; together, we’ll explore it with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.

You don’t have to have all the answers before you begin. Reach out when you’re ready, and we can start exploring what comes next—together.
