About
I have been providing clinical mental health counseling since 2022 and have worked with individuals ranging in age from 3 to 89. Before becoming a clinical counselor, I spent two and a half years as an elementary school counselor in North Carolina and Colorado. I was born and raised in the Gainesville, Virginia area, and I'm excited to call Virginia home again.
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults and have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ concerns, grief, and life transitions.
Every person is unique, so I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and goals. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe, respected, and heard. I believe in meeting you where you are, building a genuine therapeutic relationship, and working together to help you navigate challenges and move toward the life you want. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

Out of Pocket, intake sessions are $200.00 and follow up therapy appointments are $185.00. Please note I am not in-network with Medicare or Medicaid. We do not offer sliding scale options currently.
