About

As your therapist, it is my role to help identify your strengths, areas of growth, and reach your goals. I provide a judgment-free and compassion-filled space for you to process and be heard. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults, and the LGBTQ+ community on an individual basis.

I graduated in 2019 with my Master's degree and have worked with a variety of clients over the past 5 years. I most often work with clients experiencing symptoms relating to anxiety, depression, divorce, alcohol and drug abuse, family and relationship troubles, adjustment to lifestyle changes, and past trauma.

While every client and therapy goal is different, I typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and person-centered approaches. Whether therapy is short-term or long term, it is an honor to be part of your journey.

Frequently asked

I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating a variety of life challenges. I frequently help clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family concerns, divorce, alcohol and drug use, and major life transitions. I also provide an affirming, supportive space for members of the LGBTQ+ community to explore their experiences and work toward their personal goals.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative and individualized experience. Every person's story is different, so I tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. I commonly incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and person-centered therapy to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthy coping skills, and create lasting positive change.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, discuss your current concerns, and explore what you hope to achieve. My goal is to create a judgment-free, compassionate environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace. Together, we'll begin developing a treatment plan that reflects your individual needs and goals.
Yes. I am committed to providing an affirming, respectful, and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals. Therapy should be a place where you feel safe being your authentic self without fear of judgment. Whether you're exploring your identity, navigating relationships, managing anxiety or depression, or working through other life challenges, I'm here to support you with compassion and evidence-based care.
The length of therapy is different for everyone and depends on your goals, concerns, and what you hope to accomplish. Some clients benefit from short-term therapy focused on a specific challenge, while others find ongoing therapy helpful for deeper personal growth or long-term concerns. We'll regularly review your progress together and adjust your treatment plan to best support your needs as they evolve.
