About
She earned her Master of Social Work degree from New York University and has spent much of her career serving the Northern Virginia community in outpatient behavioral health, hospital settings, and adult support services.
Jing works with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use concerns, and other mental health conditions. She provides individual, family, and group therapy, as well as crisis support and personalized treatment planning tailored to each person’s goals and needs.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Jing uses evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional wellbeing, and move toward meaningful change.
Jing is especially valued for her compassionate care, thoughtful listening, and ability to connect with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. She is fluent in both English and Chinese and is committed to providing culturally sensitive, accessible care for members of the Chinese-speaking community.
Whether someone is coping with stress, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or long-term mental health concerns, Jing strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
