About
I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I work with people facing many different challenges, including relationship and family concerns, substance use, trauma, grief, OCD, career stress, and personality-related difficulties.
I have specialized training in OCD treatment using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), EMDR for trauma, and family therapy. I use a range of proven, evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care.
I welcome and support people of all backgrounds, cultures, religions, and ages. Whether you are looking for individual counseling or family support, I believe healing looks different for everyone. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and centered around your goals. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout the process.
I believe that the relationship between a client and therapist is one of the most important parts of healing, and I value that trust deeply. If you are ready to begin therapy, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward greater health and well-being.
