No. Claiming is free. We confirm the listing is yours with your NPI, or straight away when your email matches the practice's website. You can then edit everything for free, and a paid plan publishes your changes.
We let you know that someone is trying to reach you, and the inquiry waits in your dashboard. You can read it and reply once you're on a paid plan.
Straight away. Once your plan is active, press Publish in your dashboard and your profile is live in the directory.
Yes. In the directory's default order, and with any filter people use (city, specialty, insurance or distance), listings on a paid plan are shown ahead of free ones, with Unlimited first. When someone sorts by name, the list is simply alphabetical.
Yes. Plans are billed yearly. Switch or cancel anytime from Plan & billing in your account. If you cancel, we refund the unused part of the year to your original payment method.
No. There's nothing to sign beyond the yearly plan, and you're free to list on any other directory too.
Checkout and billing are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, and we never see or store your card number.
