What's the difference between Single and Unlimited?
Single is one enhanced listing for a solo therapist - $99 a year. Unlimited is for clinics and group practices: it lets you manage as many listings as you have clinicians under one account, with batch edit, multiple staff seats, and aggregate analytics - $299 a year flat, regardless of headcount.
What if I'm already on the directory but haven't paid?
Many providers are already indexed on Therapy Solutions from public sources. Claim your listing for free with NPI verification, then upgrade to Single or Unlimited to unlock the enhanced features (photo gallery, lead form, custom URL, priority placement).
How quickly will my upgraded listing go live?
Single listings activate immediately after sign-up and license re-verification (typically within minutes). Unlimited accounts get the same per-listing activation; the multi-listing dashboard is available the moment you upgrade.
Is everything annual?
Yes - both Single and Unlimited are billed annually. Cancel anytime; we'll pro-rate the unused portion.
Will paying improve my search ranking?
Single and Unlimited listings get priority placement in their relevant search pages, clearly labeled. Inside the standard list, ranking is determined by fit for the parent's filters, ratings, and proximity - not by tier alone.
Do you require exclusivity?
No. List on as many directories as you like - we just want to be the one parents actually find you on.
Do I have to be on Therapy Solutions to use the analytics?
Yes - analytics are pulled directly from your Therapy Solutions profile's impression and lead data. We don't track your own website.
