About
I earned my graduate degree from the The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have been providing therapy for the past six years. During that time, I have had the opportunity to support people from many different backgrounds as they navigate difficult emotions, relationship concerns, and personal growth.
I often work with individuals who are experiencing major life changes, exploring their identity, struggling with anxiety or self-esteem, coping with grief, or facing challenges in their relationships. I also help clients build healthy boundaries, improve communication, and develop a stronger, more compassionate relationship with themselves and others.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences. Together, we can explore what is getting in the way, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies to help you move toward the life you want.
I became a therapist because I believe people have the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I will work alongside you to better understand your experiences, build helpful coping skills, and support you in reaching your goals.
