About

Maybe our relationships aren't turning out as we had hoped, or our career isn't quite what we had expected. Perhaps we discover that the way we feel inside is generally uncomfortable to us. Or maybe we find that we are engaging in unhealthy activities that contradict who we want to be. At these times, seeing an experienced therapist whom we trust can be extremely beneficial.

With a broad clinical background working with adults from all walks of life, I have helped individuals navigate a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and the impact of trauma. My approach is integrative and draws on my extensive experience to help each person build resilience and move toward a more fulfilling life.

My approach to working with you begins with understanding your current perspective, needs, and experiences without judgment. I will strive to build a collaborative, trusting relationship with you, as I believe this to be essential to productive treatment.

Frequently asked

I work with adults from a variety of backgrounds who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, career stress, and other personal difficulties. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps, I provide a supportive space where we can work together toward meaningful change.
My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor therapy to your unique needs, experiences, and goals rather than relying on a single treatment method. I believe that understanding your current perspective is the foundation for lasting change. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, strengthen your resilience, and develop practical strategies that help you create a more fulfilling life.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current concerns, and identify the goals you'd like to accomplish. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences and confident that we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
Many people seek therapy when they feel disconnected from the life they want to live, whether that's due to relationship difficulties, career stress, anxiety, depression, or unhealthy patterns of behavior. Therapy can help you better understand these challenges, identify what's keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways of thinking, coping, and making decisions that align with your values and goals.
I believe that trust and collaboration are essential for meaningful progress in therapy. Feeling heard, respected, and understood creates the foundation for honest conversations and lasting change. My priority is to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where we can work together to help you overcome challenges and build the life you want.
