In 2014 our founder Maya spent eighteen months on phone lines, insurance portals, and broken Yelp searches looking for a pediatric speech therapist for her four-year-old. There had to be a better way. Therapy Solutions is what we built - a directory where every provider is real, the reviews come from real parents, and we never let an advertiser jump the line.

Every provider is verified
We check every listing against state-board licensure, the NPI registry, and malpractice records. Status is re-verified monthly - never just at intake.
We disclose every dollar
When Therapy Solutions has a financial relationship with a service we link to, we disclose it on every page where it appears. Editorial coverage and search ranking are never affected by ad spend.
We never sell your data
Parents who use Therapy Solutions are never on a marketing list. Lead-form submissions go only to the provider you contacted, never to a third party.
Clinician-reviewed editorial
Every parent guide is reviewed by a licensed clinician in the relevant specialty before publication, with the reviewer’s name on the byline.

Seeded from state boards
Our base list is built from the public license rolls of every US state. ~360k providers; we publish only the pediatric-relevant subset.
Verified at intake
Before a listing goes live, our provider-relations team confirms specialty, insurance, address, and accepting status - directly with the practice.
Re-verified monthly
Every active license is re-checked against the state board on a 30-day cadence. Lapsed licenses are unlisted within 48 hours.
