Frequently asked

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional dysregulation. Whether you're navigating a difficult life change, struggling with overwhelming emotions, or looking to better understand yourself, I strive to provide a supportive and collaborative space where you can work toward meaningful, lasting growth.
I believe therapy is most effective when it's tailored to each individual's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and insight-oriented, using evidence-based treatments to help clients better understand themselves while building practical coping skills. Together, we'll work to increase self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and create healthier patterns that support long-term well-being.
Yes. Anxiety and OCD are among my primary clinical interests, and I have specialized training in anxiety and related disorders. I work with clients to better understand the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that contribute to anxiety while teaching evidence-based strategies to reduce distress, build confidence, and improve daily functioning. I also enjoy helping parents better understand and support children experiencing anxiety.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current concerns, review your personal history, and identify the goals you'd like to achieve. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable moving at a pace that feels right for you.
I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and authenticity. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthy coping strategies, and build the skills needed to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. My goal is to help you strengthen your emotional resilience, improve your relationships, and create lasting positive change that extends beyond the therapy room.
