About

I received my master's degree from Catholic University and graduated with honors in Social Work. My motivation to learn continues as I work on my own towards learning more about the latest research in my field so that I can bring that knowledge into sessions with my clients.

I believe in change and like to help individuals work towards becoming their best selves. I work with individuals who are experiencing divorce, depression, anxiety, and trauma. My work also focuses on increasing self-esteem and helping individuals make a plan to help them achieve their life goals.

Overall, my goal is to help you work through any obstacles so that you can live a life filled with purpose and meaning.
