About

I believe that therapy is a collaborative venture, built on trust, empathy, and a little humor. I practice a client-centered approach in sessions that is tailored towards the needs of each individual. I am passionate about creating a safe space in my sessions that encourages open dialogue so that we can begin to sort through life together.

I graduated with my MSW in 2021 and have since worked to provide therapy services to a variety of clients in integrated care settings before beginning at Dr. Goldberg and Associates. My areas of focus include working with symptoms related to anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, gender and identity concerns, relationship issues, and grief. I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. In the therapy space, I provide treatment using a variety of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, IPT, and mindfulness. I believe every client's goal is different, and so I practice from a multi-dimensional lens to ensure that we meet your needs effectively.

It is a privilege to be a part of the therapeutic process with my clients. I look forward to working with you.

Frequently asked

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and gender or identity concerns. Whether you're facing a recent change or have been struggling for a long time, I strive to create a supportive space where you feel heard and understood as we work toward your goals together.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, empathy, and sometimes a little humor. My approach is client-centered, meaning we tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and mindfulness techniques to help you build practical skills and create meaningful change.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, discuss your current challenges, and explore what you'd like to accomplish. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace without fear of judgment.
Yes. I enjoy supporting individuals who are navigating questions about identity, major life transitions, or changes in relationships, work, school, or other important areas of life. These experiences can bring uncertainty and stress, but therapy provides a space to explore your thoughts, better understand yourself, and build confidence as you move forward.
I believe meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship and by developing practical tools that fit your life. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be contributing to your challenges, build on your existing strengths, and create strategies that support your emotional well-being long after therapy ends. My goal is to help you feel more confident, resilient, and empowered to navigate whatever life brings your way.
