Frequently asked

I work with adults and couples who are navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, stress, abuse, and major life transitions. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, I tailor therapy to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counseling. Because every person's experiences are different, I draw from a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities and personalize therapy based on your specific concerns, strengths, and goals. My focus is on creating a collaborative partnership that encourages self-reflection, personal growth, and meaningful change.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what has brought you to therapy. We'll explore your current concerns, talk about your goals, and begin creating a treatment plan that feels right for you. My goal is to make the process as comfortable as possible so you can feel supported from the very beginning.
Yes. I work with couples who want to improve communication, strengthen their relationship, navigate conflict, or work through difficult life transitions together. Therapy provides a supportive space where both partners can better understand one another, develop healthier relationship patterns, and work toward shared goals.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and it's completely normal to feel uncertain about taking that first step. Building a trusting relationship is one of the most important parts of successful therapy. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace. Together, we'll work toward helping you overcome challenges and achieve the goals that are most important to you.
