About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience supporting people with a variety of struggles: depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, grief, immigration, and addiction. My passion is to help people live a life they envisioned for themselves. With my support, you will be able to create new strategies and make necessary changes, which will help you to manage any challenges.

I practice a person-centered approach and utilize appropriate, client-tailored, therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-informed care, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I also speak Russian, but I am Ukrainian.

I offer service on Saturdays and weekday evening hours. I'm looking forward to working with you!

Frequently asked

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, addiction, and immigration-related stress. Every person's journey is unique, so I tailor treatment to your individual needs and goals. My focus is on helping you develop practical coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful changes that allow you to live the life you envision for yourself.
I use a person-centered approach, which means therapy is built around your goals, strengths, and individual experiences. Depending on your needs, I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Together, we'll identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while developing practical strategies to improve your emotional well-being and confidence.
Yes. Whether you're coping with the loss of a loved one, recovering from traumatic experiences, adjusting to immigration, or navigating another significant life change, therapy can provide support during difficult times. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you can process your experiences, strengthen your coping skills, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
Yes. I am fluent in Russian and can provide therapy in either English or Russian, depending on your preference. Although I speak Russian, I am Ukrainian and understand the importance of providing culturally sensitive care that respects each client's background, experiences, and personal identity. My goal is to ensure you feel comfortable communicating in the language that best supports your therapeutic journey.
Yes. I understand that work, school, and family responsibilities can make it difficult to attend therapy during traditional business hours. To provide greater flexibility, I offer Saturday appointments as well as weekday evening sessions. I see clients in person at our Sterling office, making it easier to find appointment times that fit your schedule while receiving consistent, high-quality mental health care.
