Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Therapy Solutions ("we"). By using the site you agree to them. Plain version:

• The directory is a starting point. Always verify a provider's credentials and fit for your child directly.
• We don't provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. Nothing on Therapy Solutions is a substitute for professional care.
• Providers represent that their listing is accurate. We verify what we can but ultimately rely on what the provider tells us.
• Reviews must be genuine first-person accounts. Don't impersonate anyone. Don't post protected health information about a child by name.
• Paid plans are billed annually. Cancel anytime; we pro-rate the unused portion.

Therapy Solutions operates in the United States and lists providers licensed in US states or territories. You must be a US resident to create a provider account. The directory is intended for adults (parents, caregivers, providers). Children under 13 should use the site under parental supervision.

Therapy Solutions is a directory of independent licensed providers. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, certification, or recommendation by Therapy Solutions. Information on each profile is self-reported by the provider and may not be current.

Always verify the provider's license, specialty, insurance acceptance, and availability directly with the provider before scheduling. In a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number; do not use Therapy Solutions.

To claim a listing or maintain a paid plan you must (a) be the named provider, an authorized employee, or the owner of the practice, (b) verify your identity via NPI / state-board license, (c) keep your contact and license information current, and (d) not impersonate another provider.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove a listing that we believe is fraudulent, impersonating, advertising prohibited services, or that has failed monthly license re-verification.

Reviews must be your own genuine first-hand experience with the provider. You retain ownership of your review; by submitting it you grant Therapy Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display it on the site and in clearly attributed marketing.

Prohibited content includes: identifying a child by name or recognizable description, sharing protected health information without consent, profanity, hate speech, threats, advertising another business, or content the writer was paid or pressured to post. We may remove any review that violates these rules.

Providers may flag a review for review by our moderation team; they cannot remove reviews unilaterally.

Single ($99/year) and Unlimited ($299/year) plans are billed annually in advance. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; we pro-rate the unused portion and refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Free claim-only listings remain free in perpetuity.

Prices may change at renewal; we'll give you at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

The site, the directory data we curate, and the brand marks ("Therapy Solutions", the logo) are owned by Therapy Solutions Inc. and protected by US and international copyright and trademark law. Don't scrape, redistribute, or re-sell our data without written permission.

Provider listings include factual data (name, license number, contact info) that is not subject to copyright in itself; the directory's structure, curation, and editorial additions are.

Don't use the site to harass another user, scrape data without permission, submit false reviews, impersonate a provider, post protected health information about a minor, or do anything illegal under US federal or state law.

Automated access (crawlers, bots) is allowed only for search engines respecting our robots.txt, and only at rates that don't degrade service for others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Therapy Solutions provides the site "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, that providers are fit for your child, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

Therapy Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or your decision to engage a provider listed here. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Therapy Solutions in the prior 12 months.

Some states do not allow these limitations; in those states, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the site or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail license re-verification, or for which we believe maintaining service would create unacceptable risk. Soft-deletion is the default; we retain anonymized records for audit and legal compliance per the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, except either party may bring a claim in small-claims court.

You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration against Therapy Solutions. If this class-action waiver is held unenforceable, the remainder of this Section is severable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the homepage for 30 days and notified to provider account holders by email. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
