Prestera Center offers a wide range of services to children, adults, and families in Wayne County, ranging from general outpatient services to specialized care. Our Medicaid Waiver Program provides service coordination, respite care, agency residential habilitation services, community residential habilitation services, adult companion services, QMRP services, nursing services, day habilitation services, pre-vocational services, supported employment services, and transportation services. The goal of our Day Habilitation is to model, coach, and train individuals in order to improve the quality of life and enhance independence. To be eligible for our services, individuals must have a diagnosis of an intellectual disability or related condition. Additionally, we offer Family Support Services to assist families with a member with a qualified developmental disability living in their natural home.
