At Prestera at Pinecrest, we provide a comprehensive range of services for children, adults, and families, from general outpatient care to specialized care for more intensive needs. We offer the Medicaid Waiver program to those with intellectual disabilities or developmental delays, providing services such as service coordination, respite care, and transportation services. We also provide Day Habilitation, a program that helps individuals model, coach, and train skills they have lost due to the effects of severe and persistent mental illness or developmental disability. Admission criteria include a diagnosis of an intellectual disability or related condition, and approval for Title XIX Waiver Services must be obtained by APS Healthcare. Additionally, our Family Support Program is designed to assist families with a member with a qualified developmental disability living in their natural home. We strive to provide our clients with the best quality of care and support to help them reach their goals.
