Prestera Center is a Mason County-based facility providing a variety of services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or developmental delays and their families. We offer service coordination, respite care, residential habilitation services, adult companion services, QMRP services, nursing services, day habilitation services, pre-vocational services, supported employment services, transportation services, and training in new skill areas to improve quality of life and enhance independence. Our Family Support Program is available regardless of income or the age of the person with a disability and serves as a last resort when other resources and programs are not available. Admission criteria includes having a diagnosis of an intellectual disability or related condition as outlined in the Title XIX MR/DD Waiver Manual and approval for Title XIX Waiver Services must be obtained by APS Healthcare.
