Prestera Center is a leading provider of services in Kanawha County, WV. We provide a wide range of services from general outpatient services for children, adults, and families to specialized services for intensive care. Our Medicaid Waiver program serves individuals with a primary problem of intellectual disabilities and/or developmental delays, and offers services such as service coordination, respite care, agency residential habilitation, community residential habilitation, adult companion services, QMRP services, nursing services, day habilitation services, pre-vocational services, supported employment services, and transportation services. Through our Day Habilitation program, we strive to model, coach, and train consumers to learn or regain skills they have lost due to the effects of severe and persistent mental illness or developmental disability. Our Family Support Program is a statewide program that assists families with a member who has a qualified developmental disability living in their natural home. All our services are available to individuals regardless of income or age.
