Tools for Life, Georgia's AT Act Program, is dedicated to increasing knowledge, awareness, and access to assistive technology (AT) devices and services for Georgians of all ages and disabilities. As an AT Act program, Tools for Life provides activities, programs, and services that help older adults and people with disabilities learn about, use, and acquire the assistive technology that best meets their unique needs. The program offers AT Labs that showcase a range of assistive technology, from basic products to advanced systems, including tools to assist with daily living, vision, hearing, and communication. Tools for Life also provides AT Device Demonstrations and Loans, as well as AT Services such as demonstrations, lending libraries, public awareness, information, and trainings. The program serves Georgians of all ages who would benefit from the use of Assistive Technology for daily living, work, education, or recreational activities. With a team of Assistive Technology professionals from various backgrounds, Tools for Life is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities and promoting a culture of full access and inclusion.
