Tools for Life: GA Assistive Technology Act Program is Georgia's Assistive Technology Act Program dedicated to increasing knowledge, awareness, and access to assistive technology (AT) devices and services for Georgians of all ages and disabilities. The program provides activities, programs, and services that help older adults and people with disabilities learn about, use, and acquire the assistive technology that best meets their unique needs. Assistive technology helps people with disabilities and older adults fully engage in the activities of daily life, and Tools for Life offers access to AT Labs, AT Device Demonstrations and Loans, and various educational opportunities and trainings. The program is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities and strives to improve the end user's experience by applying relevant accessibility standards and best practices to their digital content.
