At Prestera Center, we provide a wide range of services to children, adults, and families, from general outpatient services to specialized care for more intense needs. Our Medicaid Waiver program serves individuals who have a primary problem of intellectual disabilities and/or developmental delays, and offers services such as service coordination, respite care, agency residential habilitation services, and more. We also provide Day Habilitation to help individuals with severe and persistent mental illness or development disability learn or regain skills, and our Family Support Program is available to assist those with a qualified developmental disability living in their natural home. Our admission criteria requires that consumers have a diagnosis of an intellectual disability or related condition, and approval for Title XIX Waiver Services must be obtained by APS Healthcare.
