Prestera Center is a Cabell County-based organization that provides a wide range of services to children, adults, and families in need. We offer general outpatient services as well as specialized services such as our Medicaid Waiver Program, Day Habilitation, and Family Support Services. Our mission is to help individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or developmental delays improve the quality of their lives and gain independence. To be eligible for our services, individuals must have a diagnosis of an intellectual disability or related condition as outlined in the Title XIX MR/DD Waiver Manual and have approval for Title XIX Waiver Services obtained by APS Healthcare. We strive to provide a supportive and safe environment for our clients to learn and regain skills they may have lost due to mental illness or disability.
