The practice, led by Co-Founders Kiara Holden and Megan M. Irving, aims to create an affirming and inclusive space where individuals can explore their unique stories and navigate life's challenges. With a focus on centering care for marginalized communities, including Black, Indigenous, Multiracial, People of Color (BIMPOC), LGBTQIA2S+, and neurodivergent folks, Bloom Again Therapy & Wellness offers a range of therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Kiara Holden, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults, and is certified in Teen Mental Health First Aid and Youth Mental Health First Aid. Megan Irving, also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, focuses on serving LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, youth, and neurodivergent clients, using a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach. With virtual availability in Pierce County, King County, and surrounding areas, and limited in-person sessions in Tacoma, WA, Bloom Again Therapy & Wellness is committed to empowering clients to cultivate resilience, foster connection, and embrace self-compassion on their path to healing and growth.
