About
With a background in child and family studies and school counseling, Claire specializes in supporting youth and adults with ADHD, as well as those experiencing relationships and dating anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma-related disorders, academic-related stress, bullying, and LGBTQIA2+ related issues. Claire's therapeutic approach is grounded in supportive therapy, strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy, and she draws from techniques such as CBT, mindfulness-based therapy, DBT, and trauma-informed therapy. She aims to help clients strengthen their coping skills, identify their strengths, and improve their self-worth. Claire's own experiences with ADHD and neurodivergence inform her work, and she strives to create a safe and affirming space for her clients to grow and thrive.
