Hancock County Help Me Grow is a program of the Ohio Department of Health that facilitates Early Intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with developmental concerns. Our home visitors are highly-trained professionals who provide a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to empower parents with the skills, tools, and confidence they need to nurture the growth and development of their children. Through our program, families can have their young children evaluated for delays in areas such as adaptive, cognitive, communication, physical, and social-emotional development free of charge. We strive to promote healthy pregnancies and positive growth for babies and young children in Hancock County.
