With a strong commitment to supporting individuals on their path to healing and growth, Dr. Zhang brings a decade of experience in mental health research to his clinical practice. He offers a trauma-informed and biopsychosocial–spiritual approach, recognizing how intergenerational and childhood trauma shape one’s thoughts, behaviors, and sense of self. Dr. Zhang provides therapy in both English and Mandarin Chinese, and his approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs. He serves individuals of all ages, with a focus on young adults navigating school, career, and relationships, as well as those from Asian and Asian American backgrounds. My Wellness Center is located at 4284 William Flinn Hwy, Allison Park, PA 15101, and also has a location in St. Pete, Florida.
