She specializes in trauma, addiction, parenting, and relationship issues. Whitney offers individual therapy, couples therapy, and walk & talk therapy sessions. Her approach is trauma-informed and non-judgmental, focusing on helping clients find the tools they need to overcome obstacles. She is EMDR certified and has experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, codependency, infidelity, and grief and loss. Whitney also supervises other clinicians at Beach Cities Psychotherapy and has a private practice where she works with therapists committed to helping clients create meaningful change. As a mother of three, including twins, she understands the pressures of parenthood and the difficulties parents face finding balance and maintaining a clear sense of self. Whitney's education includes a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and a Bachelor's in Communication Studies from UCLA, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. She is also an author of a self-help book about divorce and continues to write as she navigates publishing her Middle Grade Novel.
