With over 30 years of experience, Mara offers a heart-centered approach to healing, tailoring each approach to meet the unique needs of every person. Conveniently located in Davis, her office also serves the surrounding communities of Woodland, Winters, and Dixon. Mara integrates a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including IFS, EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, psychodynamic approaches, and attachment theory, to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges and foster self-compassion, resilience, and growth. She is a Level 1 trained IFS provider and has been practicing EMDR since 2008, taking many advanced trainings in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, complex developmental trauma, and relationship challenges. Mara meets with people via Telehealth or in person in her Davis, CA office.
