Wellspring Counseling is a non-profit, faith-based counseling center providing best-in-class mental health services and education to individuals from all walks of life in South Miami. Wellspring addresses a spectrum of challenges, including emotions, relationships, self-management, and skills to become an emotional athlete. Their unique trauma-specialized programs, such as Bounce and Restore, guide individuals to become whole again through resilience training, counseling, sharing, and experiential therapies.
