W. Larry Williams, Ph.D., BCBA-D is a professor of psychology and the former director of the Behavior Analysis Program at the University of Nevada, Reno (2008-2011). He earned his doctoral degree from the University of Manitoba, Canada and helped establish the first graduate program in special education in Latin America at the Federal University at Sao Carlos, Sao Paulo, Brazil, where he taught for eight years. He went on to direct several clinical programs for people with intellectual disabilities at Surrey Place Center in Toronto, Canada, over a period of 10 years. W.
