The Light House is a nonprofit organization that has been serving the needs of individuals with disabilities throughout Eastern Connecticut and Southern Rhode Island for over 32 years. With a mission to educate and prepare individuals with disabilities for life, The Light House offers a broad range of programming, including a state-approved private school, residential and transitional services, vocational training, and state-contracted adult services. Their continuum of services is designed to foster social, emotional, and cognitive development for lifelong independence. The Light House has three campuses, each offering unique programs and services to meet the diverse needs of their clients. From education to independent living, The Light House is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential.
