The Delaware County Advocacy & Resource Organization is a non-profit organization that has been advocating for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) since 1956. We provide support, resources, and assistance to those with I/DD in Delaware County and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to promote understanding and acceptance of individuals with I/DD and to create a society where everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential. We strive to empower those with I/DD and their families through providing advocacy and resources such as educational materials, support groups, and recreational opportunities. We collaborate with local organizations and communities to ensure that those with I/DD can live full and meaningful lives.
