The Arc of Blair County is a nonprofit organization that strives to empower individuals with developmental disabilities and ensure their rights as members of society. We believe that all individuals should have access to a free and appropriate education, a safe and comfortable residence, protection from health and safety hazards, a meaningful wage in an appropriate vocation, social and personal relationships, and the opportunity to participate in recreational and cultural activities. Our vision is to foster, protect, and nurture these rights while providing a supportive environment for persons with developmental disabilities.
