The Arc of Ocean County Chapter, Inc is an organization with a mission to advocate and provide opportunities and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be accepted and valued as citizens in their communities. We provide residential, vocational, clinical, and family support and recreation services to help individuals live their best lives. Our residential services offer housing options with staff support tailored to each individual’s needs. Our vocational services provide training and employment opportunities to increase self-sufficiency and self-esteem. Clinical supports and services provide behavioral, counseling, and medical supports to individuals, families, and staff. Lastly, our family support and recreation services offer information and advocacy to families, and recreation activities to promote health and fitness, as well as new skills and friendships. We currently serve 1,000 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community.
