Suncoast Center implements the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model, delivering integrated, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care that is both accessible and tailored to the unique needs of each person served. Their services span the entire continuum of care, from early intervention and prevention programs for young children to specialized treatment for adults facing severe and persistent mental health conditions. The multidisciplinary team at Suncoast Center includes experts in early childhood development, mental illness, and substance use disorders, ensuring that care is informed by the latest research and best practices, delivered with the highest standards of compassion and respect. In response to the evolving needs of the community, Suncoast Center has expanded its range of services to provide even more support to families and individuals. For families with children, they offer early childhood services, school-based services, in-home parenting support, and family therapy, all designed to strengthen family dynamics and promote healthy development. Suncoast Center is Pinellas County's Sexual Assault Services Center, certified through the Florida Council Against Sexual Violence, providing immediate crisis intervention, forensic evidence collection, mental health and trauma therapy services, support and peer groups, and advocacy to sexual violence survivors, all delivered with a trauma-informed approach that honors each survivor's journey toward healing.
