Steven H Jacobs CELA is a law firm led by Steve Jacobs, an experienced attorney practicing in Iowa since 1974. He graduated from the University of Iowa with a major in Accounting and a degree from the University of Iowa College of Law (with distinction). After a four-year tour of duty in the United States Army, Steve earned a Masters Degree in Law in Taxation from New York University College of Law. Steve’s practice areas include business, estate planning and elder law, and he has served as Chairman of the Iowa Board of Tax Review and Treasurer of the Scott County Bar Association since 1980.
