She values every person as a distinct individual, embracing their strengths and needs while addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, bullying, self-esteem, transitions, relationships, and parenting. Through a strength-based approach, Stefanie empowers clients to gain insight, recognize patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change. However, it is the client's responsibility to verify if their insurance plan provides coverage and to comply with any coverage-related requirements.
