Led by De Ella Wilcox, MSW, LICSW, the practice focuses on strength-based perspectives, mindfulness, and cognitive-focused approaches to address various mental health needs. They also provide trauma-informed care and trauma-trained strategies, shame-resiliency, and self-esteem building. De Ella has extensive experience working with teens and young adults, as well as individuals with ADHD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and other neuro-divergent thinking. With a background in counseling and a State-approved license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker, De Ella is well-equipped to address a variety of mental health challenges. The practice offers intake appointments, standard sessions, and specialty/advanced therapy services, including EMDR-based strategies for trauma-focused therapy. De Ella also welcomes referrals for individuals looking to address specific challenges associated with reported differences in learning, attentiveness, and focus. Intake & Diagnostic Assessment
A 55-60 minute session required by Professional Licensing Boards and State regulated guidelines for clients using mental health benefits.
Standard/Follow-up Sessions
45-minute sessions used to address standard levels of care in counseling, with the option to adjust length and fee level for higher care needs.
Specialty/Advanced Therapy Services
55-60 minute sessions used to address needs requiring a higher level of treatment, different therapy methods, or modalities used, more intensive goals, and treatment planning.
Brief Consults
Short consultations by email or phone to discuss private/self-pay options, insurance benefits, therapy strategies, and referrals to other professionals or services.
