Her primary treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She approaches therapy with a trauma-informed lens, treating anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other developmental disorders. Sarah also assists clients with behavioral issues, parenting, and chronic stress. She holds certifications as an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS).
