About
With over thirty years of experience in social work, she has managed a sexual assault program, coordinated the Jackson County Council against domestic and sexual violence, worked with returning veterans at Veteran Affairs, and worked with families at child protective services. In private practice for the past 15 years, Sarah specializes in working with women and girls, empowering them to be their most authentic selves. Her areas of specialization include Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, and depression. Sarah brings a unique perspective to her sessions, having learned how to function best as an ADHD'er and navigating motherhood to a talented and kind almost-teen daughter. She is also the founder of Unleash Her Potential (UHP), a mentoring program for female student athletes.
