With over 21 years of experience in the area, Sara provides effective outpatient, individualized mental health care. She treats a number of mental health disorders, including trauma and PTSD, depression, and anxiety, in a safe and open environment. Sara's focus is to help individuals, families, and couples identify the changes they want to make in their lives and find ways to achieve those changes.
