Sandra E. Hennies, M.Ed., LMFT, is a Columbia therapist who works through her own integrated system — the Tapping Matrix META — combining EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, and META Consciousness to resolve the emotional root of any physical or emotional issue. With over 40 years of experience, Sandy has been doing this work since before she had a name for it. She has no plans to retire. Ever. Her approach is built on the idea of finding the root cause of a problem and addressing it there, rather than just managing the symptoms. This is reflected in her work as a school counselor and guidance director at high schools throughout the Columbia area, where she designed an in-school suspension model that provided real therapeutic support to struggling students and their families. Sandy's practice serves individuals, couples, and families, and she works with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and personal growth. She is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, a Certified Mediator, a Certified Hypnotherapist, and an EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, and META Consciousness Practitioner.
