True North Healing Center accepts BCBS NH, Anthem, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Optum, United, UMR, HPI, VA Community Care, Aetna, and Wellpoint. Insurance is not accepted for ketamine-assisted psychotherapy or end-of-life doula services.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
KAP creates a space where the usual filters loosen, allowing deeper and longer-held emotions to come forward, and the medicine opens the door while therapy helps make sense of what emerges.
Walk-and-Talk Therapy
Walk-and-talk therapy offers a grounded, natural setting to explore what's been weighing on one while the therapist walks beside, helping move through what comes up both physically and emotionally.
