She specializes in helping clients manage anger, anxiety, and depression. Irene uses evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness interventions, to help individuals develop the skills and techniques needed to overcome these challenges. She works with a variety of clients, including those struggling with OCD. Due to her upcoming maternity leave, Irene will have a waitlist from October 1, 2025 until April 1, 2026. Sessions will resume the first week of April 2026.
