Their therapists specialize in resolving trauma and PTSD through EMDR therapy. They work with children, adolescents, and adults, and focus on resolving distressing and/or traumatic life experiences. Through EMDR and other focused strategies, they have assisted many clients with reprocessing the impact of ongoing or critical incident abuse, internalized homophobia, the trauma and abuse from growing up LGBTQIA+, as well as subjective forms of abuse. The goal of their therapeutic process is the implementation of new behavioral patterns and positive beliefs about oneself. They currently utilize EMDR in conjunction with other therapeutic strategies to help individuals reprocess psychological difficulties connected to addictive behaviors, traumatic life experiences, as well as grief/loss. They also work with clients in overcoming performance anxiety and leverage an addiction recovery model to treat eating disorders, gambling addictions, substance abuse, and other behavioral addictions.
