Roxanne is a dual-licensed Clinical Counselor and Alcohol and Drug Counselor, as well as a Board Approved Supervisor for LPC/LPCC licensure. She provides individual and couples therapy for adults and adolescents, addressing challenges related to substance use and/or mental health. Roxanne combines solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and person-centered therapy to help clients develop practical skills and explore underlying issues. She also uses Accelerated Resolution Therapy, an Evidence-Based eye movement therapy for depression, trauma, and improvement of self-concept. The practice offers in-person sessions in Minnetonka, MN, and via telehealth in Minnesota or Florida. Roxanne is a Certified Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Therapist and offers ART trainings for therapists and non-therapists. She is passionate about helping individuals create positive change in their lives and is honored to be part of each person's unique journey.
